The DEMO and the license consist of 2 parts:
1. Excel download(2010):

- It works as completing a questionnaire: specific EXCEL skills are not required
- A connection with the Internet is always required
- It is not necessary to log in via the Stratecution Website after the initial download
2. Online Business Plan Support guide:
- A connection with the Internet is always required.
- It is always necessary to log in via the Stratecution Website and to connect with the server via licenses button.
The option packs are supplied in the same way.

Access to your personal Stratecution page for insight in the status of your relation with Stratecution:
On the license page you find the details of the DEMO or your order/subscription.

You are about to use this strategy assessment model. Use the on-line documentation business plan support guide to define the business plan and the scoring in the dashboard.
This is a Microsoft EXCEL 2010 Workbook. It works, when properly installed, in EXCEL 2010 or respectively in EXCEL 2003/2007 and most of the respective previous versions.
We recommend you to save immediately a copy of the Workbook that is fully compatible with EXCEL 2010.
- Do never disable macros.
- Check the proper working directly after the download
- In case, you ordered the option Premium Pack: save the Business Plan Support Help file in the same folder as this Excel document.
- An internet connection is required.
This license is limited to three computers and/or laptops in total: define the three users allowed to make use of this license and ensure for them the availability of the login e-mail address and the license code.

- Input in Strat/Assess will only be saved on your own installation(s). No transfer of confidential data outside your own business environment, unless your own own security settings do no function and/or are not appropriate to common security standards. Strat/Assess has no central storage of your data. A central back-up of your data is not available.
It is recommended to read first the online documentation: especially the chapters 6, 7 and 8.

6.2. Define the required business plan output
Recommended to use Chapter 10. Fieldwork Scorebook
(Separately in Word/pdf format available as part of the Premium Pack)
The Fieldwork Scorebook's purpose is the use as a notebook for off-line completion of Strat/Assess input and for discussion purposes. When printed it is very useful for team meetings on the essentials of input.
New business plan
Formulate a new business plan and score chapter by chapter.

The business plan formats are also available in Word/pdf format as part of the Business Plan Pack and Premium Pack.
Existing business plan
a.Top-down:
Just scoring directly into the Strat/Assess model: based on your own interpretation of the scores without using the detailed questionnaires(it takes just some 10 minutes)
b.Bottom-up:
In this case you re formulate/convert a complete existing business plan based into the Strat/Assess format. Do the scoring on completion of the various chapters based on the detailed questionnaires(Chapters 11/23 Online Business Support guide):a comprehensive electronical strategic business development textbook.
